Ranges are typical market bands sourced from public salary data (levels.fyi, Glassdoor, Naukri/AmbitionBox). Your actual outcome depends on company, performance, and negotiation.
How this works
We use static market data for each role × geo × experience level. Bands are intentionally wide because real comp is determined as much by company, team, and negotiation as by your resume. Use this as a sanity-check, not as a ceiling — exceptional candidates routinely beat the “high” band.
No data is sent to any server. All projection logic runs locally in your browser.
